The Red Barn Child Care Center & Preschool has been serving Clarksville families for over 20 years, and we're looking for an exceptional Preschool/Pre-K Teacher to join our team for the upcoming school year.

We're looking for someone who is energetic, dependable, creative, and passionate about preparing young children for kindergarten through meaningful play, hands‑on learning, and positive relationships.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with Tennessee Early Learning Developmental Standards (TN-ELDS)
Foster children's social, emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
Prepare children for kindergarten through intentional learning experiences
Build strong partnerships with families through regular communication
Observe and document children's progress
Work collaboratively with your teaching team and center leadership
Loves working with preschool‑aged children
Has experience in early childhood education (preferred)
High school diploma or GED required
CDA, TECTA, Early Childhood degree, or related education preferred
Previous preschool or Pre‑K teaching experience preferred
Supportive leadership that values its teachers
