The Center of Excellence is the intelligence engine of Hike. It owns the clinical and coding knowledge that powers every AI agent — producing agent guides per code block, setting evaluation standards, informing all compliance policies, and managing the human-in-the-loop team. CoE roles are the highest-leverage positions in the company: the documents and workflows you build determine how fast we expand into new device categories.

The Criteria Project Manager runs the production line that keeps the Center of Excellence on schedule. For each new device category we expand into, there are agent guides to produce, criteria checklists to publish, policy changes to propagate, and HITL training materials to update. You own the calendar, the dependencies, the quality gates, and the shipping deadlines for all of it. Own the code block expansion calendar: track which categories are in production, in review, and ready to ship.

Coordinate across the Clinical Intelligence Lead, Protocol Specialist, Compliance Specialist, and engineering to sequence dependencies correctly.

Set and maintain throughput targets for agent guide production (e.g., Manage the policy change queue: when CMS or a major payer updates policies, ensure the right person picks it up and publishes within SLA.

Track HITL team onboarding to new categories, ensuring training materials are ready before go-live.

3+ years in program or project management in healthcare, health tech, or a clinical services environment.

Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder workflows with clinical and technical dependencies.

Familiarity with DMEPOS, managed care, or utilization management processes strongly preferred.

Experience with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, or similar).
