Position Summary In full alignment with the Win strategy, the Corporate HR team strives to deliver HR programs that aim to accelerate performance through people. Join our team of highly agile and dedicated HR professionals supporting team members based in Cleveland, OH and abroad.

Responsibilities Proactively develop human resource strategies and solutions for corporate and functional leaders in alignment with their business objectives and implementation of the Win Strategy business system. Ensure effective execution of key strategic corporate and enterprise HR initiatives across the functions globally. Initiatives include those that build or provide services for team members and leader acquisition, development, engagement, placement, and retention. Actively collaborates with HR colleagues across groups, regions, and countries to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives that are implemented through the functions globally.

Plan, design, and implement an integrated talent deployment system for the corporate and functional groups including strategic workforce planning, talent reviews, development planning, performance management process (appraisal, performance plans, compensation planning), succession planning, integrated career and job system, Intern and Leadership Development Program strategies.

Provide a full spectrum of HR services. Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, direction to managers and team members in the resolution of problems related to company policy and benefits, facilitating an engaged work environment through wellness, safety, corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree acquired (Master’s Preferred) in a relevant discipline combined with 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally at the plant and corporate level in a large, global manufacturing company.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Understanding of change management.
