Server ensures the Hotel's high service standards are reached and exceeded throughout all aspects of the guests' dining experience. Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude.

• Uphold a friendly and professional demeanor using luxury verbiage and positive body language.
• Write guests' food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
• Engage with guests frequently throughout duration of dining experience to ensure satisfaction with meal and service.
• Communicate with the culinary staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly.
• Resolve problems and guest complaints swiftly and gracefully while using appropriate service recovery procedures and/or involving management were needed.
• Performing cleaning duties such as at service station, around kitchen and in dining area as needed.
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
• Assist food preparation staff when necessary.
• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment demonstrating patience and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of food service regulation and proper food and alcohol handling procedures.
• Willing to work flexible schedules that include days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• High school diploma.
• Experience in a luxury environment is a plus.
• Experience in 5 stars Forbes restaurant is a plus

Employees will use hands to handle objects and tools and operate service equipment. Employees may use vision to monitor food quality and quantity and may also order supplies, etc. and carry heavy trays and equipment, as well as delicate China and barware

Job requires indoor and outdoor service in fluctuating weather
