Head of Project Management (Remote)

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Architectural Project Manager
Full time - Contract
As an Architectural Project Manager, you will:
Managing multiple project teams/ outside consultants
Assist Architectural Operations team with new technology projects discovery and design phases
Project Management/Quality Control
Responsible for meeting project deadlines, budget and quality standards. Projects include new construction documents, lot specifics, and revisions
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to identify, collect and interpret relevant information needed for the project
Collaboration with other project stakeholders
Adhere to project workflow criteria o Follow established standards and development procedures o Ability to exercise independent judgment
Software – AutoCAD, Excel, Word o Architectural and construction knowledge required o Project and People Management experience

• Ability to influence/collaborate with others including internal resources, consultants and remote teams.
• 5+ years previous related experience and a minimum of 2+ years of people or project management experience
• Education – Bachelor of Architecture

Software – SketchUp, BIM360

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
