Dishwasher-Hotel Restaurant

ArloHotelsan independent lifestylehotelis now actively seeking a dynamic Dishwasher/Porter. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand

Put away all dishware, glassware, plastic containers, pots, and pans clean, dry, and grease-free,neatly organized

Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or hand truck

Clean garbage cans with water and proper MSDS-approved cleaning supplies

Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean, orderly condition

Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas

Maintains clean, dry, and sanitary kitchen floors and work areasin accordance withfood safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Keep paper towels and soap stocked at every handwashing sink in the kitchen

Weekly deep clean of both ice machines, plus daily spot cleaning

Flag any equipment issue (dish machine, drains, etc.) to the Sous Chef or Executive Chefimmediately, not atendof shift.

Adheres to all company policies and procedures, including attendance, timekeeping, uniform, meal and rest period, and workplace conduct requirements.

Maintains a professional demeanor and contributes to a clean, organized kitchen environment that supports overall operations and the guest experience.

Hygiene & Presentation: Maintains appropriate personal hygiene and professional appearance and follows all food safety, sanitation, uniform, and grooming standards.

Must have 2+ years of experience as a dishwasher/porter at a comparable restaurant or hotel

Must have a basic understanding of English

Basic knowledge of sanitation procedures
