Schedule: Full time

Shift: Day-Weekend (United States of America)

Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, café service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets.

Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately.

Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services.

Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met.

Ability to read, write and speak English [Required]

Basic computer skills [Required]

Work Experience: 3+ experience in hospital food service setting [Preferred]

3+ years of previous healthcare or commercial cooking experience [Required]

Licenses and Certifications: Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP) [Preferred]
