LPC: Mental Health Counselor (Remote)

Are you a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) eager to empower young adults facing mental health challenges? This full-time position allows you to work remotely while providing vital support to clients aged 18 to 30 in our outpatient treatment program.

Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging and structured group sessions that encourage clients to connect, share, and support one another in their journeys towards recovery.
Individual Therapy: Provide tailored counseling sessions that facilitate personal growth by helping clients explore their thoughts and feelings, and develop effective coping strategies.
Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to craft individualized treatment plans that identify specific goals and address their unique needs.
Progress Monitoring: Utilize standardized assessment tools to track client progress, adapt treatment plans as necessary, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who face a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. A Bachelor's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
A current and valid LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Demonstrated knowledge of mental health principles and therapeutic modalities.
While the minimum qualifications include a LPC license and applicable education, candidates with the following experiences will be highly regarded:

Experience working with young adults in outpatient or community settings.
