We are currently hiring compassionate Care Professionals to serve clients throughout Santa Fe, Los Alamos, White Rock, and Española. You may choose to work in a specific area or be available to travel between locations based on your preference.
This is a flexible position—pick the schedule that works best for your availability.
Position Summary
As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical, in-home support to seniors. This includes companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities to enhance quality of life and help clients age safely at home.
What You’ll Do

Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
Support with incontinence care
Provide medication and appointment reminders
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist with errands and transportation
Support clients living with Alzheimer’s and dementia
Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure safety and comfort

Requirements

Compassionate, dependable, and respectful attitude
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Proof of car insurance in your name
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Must be able to work a minimum of 16 hours per week. May work full time hours.
