Additionally, Anchor Operating System, LLC, a Hornblower Group subsidiary and independent entity, provides reservation, ticketing and website integration services for clients in the transportation, tourism and entertainment industries. S. cities and serves more than 20 million guests annually. It is the responsibility of the Marine Administrator to provide administrative support to Marine Operations. Administrative duties are in the areas of Marine Operations.
Upkeep and organization of logs, forms, and paperwork on all vessels and in all facilities.
Utilization of all marine tracking systems provided by the company.
Assisting with training, payroll, scheduling, and other tasks regarding the Marine Department.
Maintaining records and upkeep of all safety equipment inventory.
Various administrative tasks during Dept. Assist with updating vessel and facility security plans, status logs, and needed updates.
Creation and upkeep of vendor lists for parts and suppliers.
Accurately complete all documentation including payroll, time sheets, revenue reports, paperwork and invoices on a timely basis.
Know and understand internal policies and external regulatory requirements that relate to your position and department.
Familiarity with Marine Industries.
Strong customer service, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Handle multiple tasks/projects at one time.
Have a working knowledge of computer skills, including but not limited to proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.
Maintain uniform and personal grooming in compliance with appearance standards.
Will be required to be available for work nights, weekends and on all major holidays.
