Production Machinist (Manufacturing)

We are seeking a skilled Machinist with CAD/CAM programming experience to join our Fabrication Team. This role involves programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment to produce high-quality parts across a variety of projects and industries. Program, set up, and operate CNC milling and/or turning machines
Create and modify CAD models and CAM toolpaths to support production and prototyping
Perform first-article inspections and ensure parts meet quality standards
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to improve efficiency and quality
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams
Experience as a Machinist with hands-on CNC machining
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam, SolidWorks CAM, or similar)
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling
Experience with 3-, 4-, or 5-axis CNC machines
Background in aerospace, defense, medical, or high-precision manufacturing
Experience with additive manufacturing or hybrid workflows
Familiarity with continuous improvement or lean manufacturing practices
