Labor & Employment Attorney – Plaintiff-Side Litigation (CA Employment Law | Wage & Hour, PAGA, Class Actions)

This Jobot Job is hosted by: We are a plaintiff-side employment law firm located in El Segundo, is looking for a full-time associate attorney with 1-7 years of experience to join our team. Our litigation practice consists of approximately 90% wage and hour class actions, and 10% individual employment matters (e.g., FEHA claims).

Health Insurance: Dental: HMO and PPO options available. Life Insurance: $25K life + $25K AD&D provided at no cost. Bonus Structure: Discretionary year-end bonus based on performance, plus annual raises.

Origination Bonus: 12.5% of fee awards without outside referral / 7.5% with outside referral.

D. from an accredited law school

2–7+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law

Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

Familiarity with California Labor Code and FEHA strongly preferred
