Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time Northern Manhattan Rehab and Nursing Center, New York, NY, $28–$34/hour

Post Rehab is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. This is a great opportunity to work directly with residents on meaningful therapy goals while supporting independence, safety, and daily function in a collaborative clinical setting.

Position Responsibilities Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist

Assist residents with activities focused on self-care, upper extremity function, coordination, and mobility

Reinforce adaptive strategies and therapeutic exercises designed to improve daily performance

Monitor resident participation during treatment sessions and communicate progress to the OT

Complete timely and accurate treatment documentation
