Perform MIG and TIG welding on production components and assemblies.

Operate and maintain welding equipment and production-line machinery.

Complete product changeovers and equipment setups as needed.

Monitor weld quality and make adjustments to ensure products meet specifications.

Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.

Accurately complete production and quality documentation.

Collaborate with team members across shifts to ensure efficient production flow.

Follow all safety procedures and quality standards.

Experience with MIG and TIG welding.

Manufacturing, fabrication, or production experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

Experience with machine operation or fabrication is a plus.
