Bilingual HR Generalist/Payroll

In this role, you will support our client's associates and leadership by managing recruitment, employee development, and policy application. Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries.

Process bi-weekly payroll and provide backup support.

Lead recruitment efforts to meet staffing goals.

Guide site leadership on people management and development.

Conduct investigations and document findings as needed.

Administer benefits programs and performance review processes.

Maintain compliance with EEO and company policies.

Coordinate training and development plans.

Produce reports on HR activities.

Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
