Bilingual Operations Specialist

We’re looking for an Operations Specialist who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities while delivering an exceptional teammate experience. This role is a blend of recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and operational support. The Operations Specialist manages the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding, orientation, and placement. You’ll work closely with our Operations teams to ensure staffing needs are met while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and teammates. Key responsibilities include: Recruiting, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates Managing onboarding and new hire paperwork, including Form I‑9s and E‑Verify Maintaining accurate records within our ATS and onboarding systems Conducting employee orientations and supporting walk‑in applicants Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, recruiting events, and community outreach Following up with candidates and employees to ensure a positive experience Partnering with Operations and Sales teams to develop recruiting strategies and achieve placement goals Supporting employee record maintenance, work authorization tracking, and compliance processes We’re seeking someone who: Has excellent communication and active listening skills Is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and accurate Enjoys building relationships and solving problems Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Lives our core values of being Humble, Courageous, a Light and Gritty If you’re looking for an opportunity where you can make a direct impact on people’s careers while supporting clients and teammates alike, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Morales Group
