Coordinate strategy and analysis for the segment and proactively drive market share identifying opportunities within the region

Channel client feedback to improve our franchise in terms of pricing and product development

Help the Institutional business scale by collaborating with team members to build and optimize processes for sales, support and CRM

5+ years relevant experience, preferably in a crypto trading or custody environment, and/or a traditional institutional banking, asset management, exchange or brokerage environment

• Comfort dealing with numbers including the ability to do data analysis of large data sets or analyzing models
• Ability to independently source and close high profile clients with an impressive sales track record
• LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality
