Part Time Lead Custodians Needed - Urgently Hiring

As a Part-Time Janitorial Team Lead, you will play a vital role in overseeing and participating in daily cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and security. Work collaboratively with a small team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong relationships with building occupants. Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm! Hiring Immediately!
Lead and work alongside a team of 2-3 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
Open, clean, inspect, and secure each assigned facility before moving to the next area.
Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
Perform hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
