Description
Security Alliance is currently seeking qualified and dedicated candidates for the position of Unarmed Security Officer. The selected individual will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. This position requires high vigilance, professionalism, and strict adherence to security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems.
- Conduct regular security inspections of buildings, facilities, and equipment.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents and emergencies.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all security-related activities and incidents.
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Provide assistance and customer service to employees, visitors, and guests.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement as necessary.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Valid security license issued by the State of Florida.
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm, observant, and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physically capable of performing job duties, including walking, standing, and lifting.
