Head of Project Management (Construction)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Inverness, FL, with some travel required. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will also lead communications with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and success.

Manage projects from estimating through closeout
Review, and hire subcontractors
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Process subcontractors pay applications and change orders
Review submittals and ensure project compliance
Ensure quality control, safety, and timely project closeout

Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and resource management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field a plus.
Previous experience in retail or commercial construction is advantageous
