Porter I Full Time

Principal Responsibilities:

LOCATION:

54 Nagle Ave, New York, NY 10040 (Upper Manhattan).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

General maintenance and custodial duties, including but not limited to:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic areas
Empty trash and recycling bins
Dust and wipe down surfaces
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and replacing air filters

SCHEDULE:

Full-time; 8-hour work day; 40-hour work week.
Sunday through Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

COMPENSATION:

Paid at $20 per hour.
Eligible for salary increases under the collective bargaining agreement (CBA).

Minimum Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

Driver's License Class D, or higher.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.

WORK AUTHORIZATION & CLEARANCE:

Documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
Must pass the background check and other pre-employment requirements.
