Key Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and grow a network of referral sources within your assigned territory

Establish relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehab centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations

Implement marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and generate referrals

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral and onboarding process for new clients

Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of referral trends and progress

Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, sales, or business development, home care experience preferred

Excellent relationship building, communication, and presentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Positive, team oriented attitude with a commitment to collaboration and professional excellence

Detail Oriented

Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

Flexibility

Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals

Education

High School or better.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years healthcare sales experience working with various healthcare partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
