At Influential, you’ll work with a fast-moving, high-performance team solving complex problems and shaping the future of marketing. You’ll build, grow, and make an impact alongside top talent, leading brands, and the world’s most influential creators.

The ideal candidate can handle multiple competing tasks on a daily basis, have previous agency account management experience, and is genuinely excited about our industry.

Helping to drive the overall success of campaigns ranging in budget and complexity for clients across beauty, QSR, auto, CPG, finance, gaming, hospitality, and more by collaborating closely with the operations and sales teams

Participating in client campaign kick-off calls to outline influencer selection and execution details

Preparing reports and analyzing ad performance relative to campaign objectives; Staying on top of the workflow and completion of tasks in our project management platform

Organizing timelines, creative concepts and paid media strategies for campaigns ranging anywhere from a one day to a one year flight

manage asset delivery timelines

Developing and fostering strong relationships with clients by building rapport that earns the respect of more senior clients through delivery and focus on detail

Managing the monthly billing reconciliation process with finance

Mentoring junior team members and sharing learnings across the Account Management discipline

3+ years of experience working in an influencer marketing, digital media, or advertising environment

Knowledgeable of all major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
