Part/Full Time School BCBA Position
$47.5 - $67.5 per hourSoliant
Job Description Make a meaningful impact by providing expert behavior analysis support within an innovative, collaborative school environment serving K-8 students. In this newly created role, you will work alongside behavioral specialists, social workers, and educators to establish effective systems and deliver high-quality behavioral services. With a shared and dynamic caseload, collaborative energy, and supportive colleagues, this is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of behavioral supports for students.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required
Master’s degree in special education, school psychology, social work, counseling, applied behavior analysis, or a related field (preferred)
Provide direct and consultative support to teachers, staff, and families, ensuring seamless implementation of behavior plans
Help establish foundational systems and workflows for the BCBA role, shaping its practices for future growth
Flexible interview process (virtual first, then in-person)
Open to candidates interested in full-time or part-time scheduling
