Head of Operations Management (m/w/d)

This is not just a maintenance role. You’ll oversee Maintenance, Client Management, Property Management , and Leasing — ensuring they operate as a unified, high-performing machine. You’ll be the Owner’s strategic partner, helping take the company from 400 doors to 750 doors by December 31, 2027 . That means building scalable systems, holding teams accountable, and ensuring every initiative is executed with precision and urgency.

Build scalable operational systems that can handle rapid growth without sacrificing service quality.
Oversee property performance metrics — from occupancy rates and maintenance turnaround times to client satisfaction scores — and use data to drive decisions.
Streamline cross-department workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and ensure projects move efficiently to the finish line.
Serve as the escalation point for complex client or operational issues, ensuring swift, empathetic, and decisive resolution.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal property regulations and industry best practices.

A proven track record of scaling operations — ideally in a high-growth home services, property management or real estate environment.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of deadlines.
Strong financial acumen — comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
