Recruitment Resourcer (remote)

We provide corporations and law firms with attorneys and other legal professionals, including paralegals and contract and compliance professionals. We are conducting a search to add a recruiter to our team with strong experience independently recruiting attorneys.
Position is primarily remote, but candidate should be local to the D.Compensation includes a base salary of $125,000 per year as well as a generous commission structure.
Maintain candidate databases and status tracking systems.
D. degree is strongly preferred, or additional work experience.
- Local to the D.6 plus years' strong recruiting experience; ability to recruit attorneys independently
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
- Enjoy working with and desire to help people.
