As a Senior Software Architect, you will help lead the Development Team to design and develop applications for our clients. You will need to be able to lead and inspire software developers, communicate clearly, and teach difficult concepts to others. You need to be a fast learner, stay on top of current and future trends in software technologies, and embrace innovative and creative thinking with an eye for the big picture. Lead the software development team in the development and initiation of new software designs and architectures

Review and contribute to design and code inspections

Develop architecture and design alternatives

Drive research on emerging software development products, languages, and standards

Write, translate, and code software programs and applications according to specifications

Gather statistical reports on the status of the programming process for discussion with management and/or team members

Lead team development of guidelines and coding standard documentation

Interact regularly with managers, vendors, and clients to field queries and questions

Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements and upgrades

Train and provide guidance to software development team members

NET applications

7+ years of experience with SQL Server (or other relational database)

Bachelor’s degree or industry experience

Ability to apply object-oriented programming skills

Knowledgeable in the principles of Agile System Development Life Cycle

Thorough knowledge of internet technologies and Web site architecture
