Overnight Flex Dispatcher

We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating driver schedules, managing delivery routes, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.

Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch drivers based on customer orders, delivery schedules, and operational priorities
Ensure deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and within customer timeframes
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, supervisors, and internal teams
Handle a high volume of phone calls and data entry activities
Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and delivery concerns in a professional manner
Support additional dispatch and logistics projects as assigned
Experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related field
Basic understanding of transportation operations; Strong data entry and computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Experience with dispatch software, preferably SmartLogix
SAP experience
