PBFL is seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Litigation Attorney with 0-5 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early‑career attorney to develop litigation skills while working closely with experienced practitioners on a diverse caseload.

Assist in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Conduct legal research and analysis

Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation strategy in collaboration with senior attorneys

D. from an accredited law school

0-5 years of litigation experience (judicial clerkships and internships encouraged)

Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Exposure to civil litigation, insurance defense, construction defect, or employment law

Experience using legal research platforms and case management systems

Hands-on experience early in your career with meaningful responsibility

Exposure to a diverse and sophisticated litigation practice
