Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)Ally Behavior is a full-time, center-based, early intervention Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy program, serving children with autism ranging from 18 months to 6 years of age. The COTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide therapeutic interventions and support to clients to improve their ability to perform daily activities. This role is crucial in helping individuals regain independence and enhance their quality of life. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) will be responsible for implementing treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
