Job Title Responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls. Greets customers as they enter the lobby, dealership showroom, or service area.

Greets customers as they enter the dealership showroom.

Directs customers to the appropriate department or person.

Participates in required training

Complies with Company policies and procedures

Assign and manage service loaner fleet

Collect and manage service customers payments

Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Desired Education High School Diploma or equivalent

Education/Experience Previous Customer Service or administrative experience in a high volume environment desired. Computer Skills Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.

Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.

Environment Demands Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting. Work includes frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers, managers and employees.

Verbal and Writing Ability Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
