The posted compensation range of $72.64 - $88.21 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. To be successful in this role, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient-first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others. Assessment: Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.

Care of Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.

Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to assigned unit.

Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures. Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership.

Serves as resource to staff from other nursing departments.
