We have an opportunity for a Full-Time, In-clinic Medical Receptionist/Scheduler, featuring a smart, software-powered solution where patients are greeted by a friendly, live receptionist through a secure screen. Come join our friendly team at one of our outpatient orthopedic clinics!Greeting patients and providing outstanding customer serviceCoordinating the care for each patient from initial evaluation to dischargeAnswering phones for multiple clinicsElectronic schedulingData entryVerifying current personal and financial informationMaintaining patient charts and electronic medical recordsCollecting, posting, and depositing patient paymentsFaxing, filing, and performing any other duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school graduate or equivalentMust have 1+ years of previous medical front office experienceExcellent telephone skillsProficient in Word and ExcelPrevious experience with medical software preferredAvailable and flexible with your hoursClose attention to detailGreat time management and organizational skillsTeam player attitude and energetic with a focus on excellent customer serviceAdditional InformationCompetitive compensationExcellent benefits package including 401k, health, dental, and generous paid time offFamily-friendly work environmentEmployee discount plansEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Investment from a company that wants you to succeed and thrive
