About Clarity Clinic, PLLC Clarity Clinic is an interdisciplinary private practice bringing together Psychiatrists, Advanced Practice Providers, Psychologists, and Therapists. We offer a broad range of specialties and treatment approaches — including medication management, psychological assessment, and psychotherapy — to support people wherever they are in life. We’reseekinga passionate ProgramSupervisor for our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program(PHP)who prioritizes patient care and strives for clinical excellence.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (On-Site) 11am - 8pm (three nights a week with one hour break)

Provide leadership and supervision to partially licensed and non-licensed (MA/LSW/AMFT/LPC) program therapists in the clinic's program, while maintaining direct oversight of the IOP/PHP program initiatives and performance metrics

Support Program Therapist that run IOP/PHP groups, who also provide 1:1 Therapy (as Primary Therapist) to assigned program participants

Provide experience and training leading manualized DBT/CBT skills-based groups

Document all necessary information in our EHR platform (AdvancedMD)

Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality client care

Benefits and Perks: Full Time: Base (Salary) Compensation$70,000-$80,000 commensurate to years of experience and licensure
