Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg Telemetry III

Responsibilities include assessments, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation and documentation of adult and geriatric patients. Overall responsibility is for the nursing care of patients and for maintaining standards of nursing practice and optimal outcomes, including the supervision of all categories of nursing personnel.

Qualifications RN Job Requirements: 1 year of experience as an RN at an Acute Care Facility is required.
