The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed

Perform continuous cardiac monitoring and interpret telemetry readings

Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals

Provide patient and family education regarding treatments and post-discharge care

Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols

Active RN license (state-specific or compact)

Minimum 2 years of PCU or step-down unit experience
