Registered Nurse (RN) - OR

Travel RN – Operating Room

Schedule: 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday with a rotating day off; 1–2 call shifts every 6 weeks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 years of nursing experience; 2 years preferred.
• Travel RN experience required.
• Trauma Level I experience required.
• Required specialty experience in Orthopedics, General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Vascular, and Urology.
• Preferred experience with Da Vinci robotic cases, endovascular procedures, and ophthalmic cases.
• BLS certification required.
• Familiarity with the Epic charting system.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room across multiple specialties.
• Assist during surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient vitals and reactions before, during, and after surgery.
• Maintain sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols.
• Document care provided, patient responses, and procedural details accurately.

• Candidates residing in certain counties are not eligible for this position.
• State or Compact license must be in hand at the time of submission.
• All requested time off must be listed at the time of submission.
• Orientation modules will be completed onsite, with an average of 4–6 hours for RNs.
• Onboarding items must be completed within 48 hours of contract signing.
