Head of Finance (Full-Time)

NCME Finance Manager will be responsible for the creating and maintaining financial analysis reports/insight for NCME Product Management team and its respective sales channel. Within this role, the incumbent will analyze actual financial data; create and manage investment tracker on assigned category and sales channels; perform post-mortem analysis on marketing spend; and prepare consolidated NCME monthly financial investment plan submission. The position will be responsible for managing ad hoc projects related to financial analysis for NCME-related stakeholders.

Actively engage daily/weekly with category managers, account program owners, channel marketing and retail operations to facilitate the overall NCME MDF planning exercise

Analyze actual spending data and prepare executive summary reports

Collaborate with other team leaders to optimize investment spending through periodic reviews

Create and manage MDF investment funding tracker for respective accounts and product categories using:

Actual data and implied estimates (sell in, sell out, inventory position, promotional and MDF program spend, contractual obligation spend) Responsible for building a financial ROI model on marketing spending proposal via utilizing data available from various internal and external source

Perform post-mortem analysis on promotional spending comparing actual performance and costs to forecasted - Identify and analyze variances; present analysis to NCME category leadership, GTM team, and respective channel sales lead

Institute improvements for budget/spend management across the organization, including data housing, communication, and forecast variance management

Consolidate financial target revenue and investment forecast plan to update NCME leadership team and disseminate leadership guidance to all relevant stakeholders

Own monthly target planning budget forecast process of marketing activities and submit monthly forecast of channel spend in both Excel and internal system

Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience

Must have financial acumen and be highly analytical with strong attention to detail

Must have experience with SAP, Microsoft Standard Office Suite, and extensive use of PPT

Ability to manage multiple objectives, issues, and projects concurrently through prioritization, delegation, and hands on execution

Experience in overseeing teams managing large sets of data, databases and system development and management and administration of CRM systems and tools

Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed

Ability to collect and understand relevant market data and apply it to a financial plan

Work independently and in a team environment to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
