Member Service Representatives at OUCU Financial are the focal point of the Credit Union's member relationships. Meeting with members on a daily basis, you will talk about our different account options, loans, savings products, and account maintenance. The pay for this position starts at $18.21 per hour, with relevant education and experience considered in determining the starting pay rate. Welcome and assist members with their financial needs in a friendly and professional manner; opens new accounts, provides guidance on account features.

Identifies all products and services needed by the member, including consumer loans, commercial loans, mortgage and home equity products, deposit and saving products, and financial planning services. Recommends and cross-sells products and services to meet members' financial needs.
