Overview
A Level II Trauma Center in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a high-acuity, collaborative respiratory care team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong clinical exposure across ICU, inpatient, emergency, and freestanding ED settings, along with modern equipment and strong leadership support.

Schedule

Full-time, 36 hours/week

12-hour shifts

Day or night shift options available

Rotational coverage across inpatient units and affiliated ED

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive respiratory care across adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients

Manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, BiPAP/CPAP, and high-flow systems

Perform ABGs and assist with airway management and intubations

Collaborate with intensivists, physicians, and nursing teams

Float to affiliated emergency department as needed

Document all care in

Aerovo 2 high-flow oxygen

Zoll backup ventilators

Glidescope / Glidescope GO

Requirements

RRT credential required (CRT not accepted)

Minimum 2 years acute care experience preferred

Strong ventilator and critical care experience

EPIC experience required

Certifications

BLS, ACLS, PALS required

NRP required for NICU-experienced candidates
