Job Summary B&A is looking for a recruiter to join our HQ team. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Level Technical Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of roles across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, source qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in recruiting and a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop strategic sourcing plans.
Post job advertisements on relevant job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Assist in employer branding efforts and recruiting-related events (job fairs, college recruiting, etc.).
Analyze recruiting metrics and suggest improvements to enhance hiring efficiency.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5–7+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
Experience sourcing for competing opportunities and building a pipeline of candidates for future projects.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity, Paycor, Lever, Workday).
Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
A passion for delivering great candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Experience recruiting for technical, cleared, or high-volume roles.
Familiarity with behavioral interviewing techniques and structured hiring processes.
