Land Development Civil Engineering

You are already an expert in your field. You are a Civil Engineering P.E. with 15 years or more of hands-on experience in land development and/or site/civil/heavy construction project management . You have broad experience with safety requirements and issues on construction sites.
Investigate civil engineering - land development incidents.
S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
Experience : 15+ years of hands-on experience in land development and/or extensive site/civil/heavy construction project management; safety requirements and issues on construction sites; design experience and a thorough working knowledge of contracts, safety, construction means & methods, scheduling, estimating, subcontractor management, & quality control.
Ability : You can safely climb/navigate ladders, roofs, scaffolding, etc. for inspection activities.

Approximately 20% of the role is travel for training, inspections, and providing sworn testimony on your investigative findings at a deposition or trial. The remainder is investigation, analysis, and report writing, working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
