Employment Type: Full-Time

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license

Experience: Minimum required experience as specified by the facility

Shift Length: 12 hours

Hourly Rate: $53.60 per hour

Obtain and document initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities.

Develop and implement individualized, measurable care plans within established standards.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate care and discharge planning.

Perform Point of Care testing and other clinical procedures as needed.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure positive outcomes.

Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies.

Participate in staff education, orientation, and quality improvement activities.

Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
