Weekend shifts are required based on staffing needs. Typical scheduling patterns may vary as travelers are assigned based on unit needs. The respiratory therapy unit consists of 368 beds and is staffed by 34 professionals. Patient ratios are 36 units of service. Essential equipment includes V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb, EPOC ABG system, Nitric, and AIRVO. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech. Typical procedures performed in this unit include ABG, ventilator management, nitric management, bronchoscopy, intubation assistance, nebulizer treatments, and high-flow nasal cannula therapy. The unit adheres to specific guidelines and policies. Medical, dental & vision insurance
