Residential HVAC Estimator
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning - a leading IES company and one of Florida’s largest residential mechanical contractors - is seeking a Residential HVAC Estimator to work full‑time. This is an onsite position and a key leadership role for an experienced HVAC estimator who thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced, production‑builder environment and understands the financial importance of disciplined, accurate estimating.

The Residential HVAC Estimator will oversee HVAC estimating operations supporting multiple branches, working closely with operations, purchasing, and executive leadership. This role is in‑office to ensure real‑time collaboration, accountability, and consistency across our estimating and operations teams.

Lead HVAC estimating for production and custom residential projects

Coordinate and review HVAC load calculations and system designs

Analyze labor, material, and overhead assumptions to protect margin

Serve as a technical and pricing resource to operations and leadership

7+ years residential HVAC estimating experience (production builder experience strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, equipment selection, and load calculations

Solid financial and cost‑analysis skills

Advanced Excel skills; estimating software experience required
