Compounder (Manufacturing/Production)

Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following detailed production formulas and instructions

• Monitor the compounding process to ensure product consistency, performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments
• Safely operate and maintain compounding equipment such as mixers, kettles, and pumps, performing routine maintenance as needed
• Cleaning and sanitizing of equipment before and after manufacturing
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, including formulations, adjustments, and test results.
• Completed a high school diploma or associates degree
• 2-3 years experience working in manufacturing environment
• Supply management and inventory control
• Annual bonus (up to 10% of salary)
