Hospitalist Needed Day Shift (Physician )

About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Hospitalist to join our team at AdventHealth Kissimmee. This is a daytime hospitalist position with no night shifts, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while providing excellent patient care.
Compensation & Schedule
- 15/16 days per month (183 shifts/year): Base salary $255,000
- 18 days per month: Base salary $301,000
- Option to pick up additional shifts for extra income
- RVU and quality incentives, paid monthly with a 60-day delay

Responsibilities
Manage a daytime patient census of patients on average
Work alongside an APP who assists with daily admissions
No procedures or codes required
Utilize Epic EMR for all documentation and patient management
Qualifications
Board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Hospitalist experience preferred but not required
