CNC Machinist(Temp to permanent)

Job Description Vitesse Systems is looking for a Machinist III to join the team in Longmont, Colorado! The Machinist II is responsible for programming and manufacturing our high precision antenna feeds and other parts.

• The primary responsibility of the Machinist III is to program and manufacture our high precision antenna feeds.

Program CNC machines according to internal policies and technical documentation using MasterCam.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine as required.
Verifies dimensions and alignment of assembly.
Program and manufacture antenna feeds according to readings.
Maintain CMi Quality and safety standards.
Utilize hand and measurement tools to complete various manufacturing and quality assurance functions.
Provide technical training to others in manufacturing
Provide technical training and guidance within the team
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years programming CNC machines utilizing MasterCam
Experience using Mastercam software is a plus
