~Cases: Skills required include finger stick, heel stick, hospital, outpatient lab, post venipuncture site care, syringe method, vacutainer method, handheld collection devices, pediatric heel sticks 3. Certifications: BLS and WA MAP Phlebotomy certification required; EMR: Epic 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8 Days (0300-1130); must be flexible for alternate shifts to cover staffing changes; every other weekend required; Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for a travel contract 11. average 16 hours; Travel Experience: Not specified as required 14.
