Our mission is to empower individuals and their families through a holistic, person-centered approach to Applied Behavior Analysis. We work closely with families, educators, and other service providers to help each client achieve greater independence, meaningful participation, and inclusion within their community.

Deliver ongoing training, coaching, and support to families and clinical team members.

Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs are implemented in accordance with ABA Pathways' standards of clinical excellence.

Assist in program development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources.

Requirements Qualifications Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.

Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.

Minimum of two (2) years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with technology and the ability to effectively work in a remote environment.

Physical Requirements Ability to independently and repeatedly lift, move, and carry objects in your home office.
